That’s why we make it easy for you to track your order every step of the way.

📦 How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number

  • A tracking link to follow your parcel

Simply click the link in your email to view real-time updates on your delivery.

🚚 When Will Tracking Be Available?

  • Tracking information is usually available within 1–3 business days after dispatch

  • If you do not see tracking immediately, don’t worry — it will update once the courier scans your parcel

⏳ My Tracking Isn’t Updating

Sometimes tracking updates may be delayed due to courier processing. This is normal.

If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 5–7 business days, please contact us:

📍 Wrong or Missing Tracking Info

If you did not receive a tracking email:

  • Check your spam/junk folder

  • Ensure your email address was entered correctly at checkout

🚚 Delivery Time Estimates

  • UK Orders: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • International Orders: 7–15 business days after dispatch
