🔄 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Item must be in the same condition you received it

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

📦 How to Request a Return

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank)

🚚 Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Used baby feeding products

  • Personalised items

  • Items marked as final sale

⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit/debit card provider

  3. Contact your bank (processing times may vary)
